Before sending any product for exchange or return, we recommend that you contact ¡Dale Gaia! Customer Support by email at info@dalegaia.es to receive proper instructions on how to proceed with the process.


Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you made a purchase on www.dalegaia.com, received the product in perfect condition, and are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may request order cancellation by contacting ¡Dale Gaia! Customer Support via email at info@dalegaia.es .

Please review the following rules carefully:


Withdrawal Period

According to consumer protection regulations, customers who make purchases through online stores have a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return based on the right of withdrawal.

Attention: The right of withdrawal is a reflection period intended to protect consumers from aggressive commercial practices and the lack of prior physical contact with the product. This right should not be confused with the possibility of testing or using the product.

To request a cancellation, the customer must comply with the following conditions:

  • The merchandise must be returned via postal service to the sender address provided by ¡Dale Gaia! Customer Support.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase must be included.

  • The product must show no signs of use.

Attention: Products that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


Refunds

Credit card payments: Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to be processed.

Attention: Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and its condition has been analyzed at the ¡Dale Gaia! Distribution Center. The product must show no signs of use.

Note: All cancellation requests must be communicated to ¡Dale Gaia! Customer Support before the product is returned. A written explanation must be included with the product. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

Apparel and Footwear

¡Dale Gaia! does not offer exchanges due to incorrect sizing. To help customers choose the correct size, detailed measurements in centimeters are provided for all products available on www.dalegaia.com.

According to consumer protection regulations, merchants are not legally required to offer exchanges due to customer remorse regarding color, size, model, or any other product characteristic.

The right guaranteed to customers under consumer protection law is the possibility of exchange only in cases of manufacturing defects.


Defective Products

Products with Suspected Manufacturing Defects

All products sold on www.dalegaia.com by ¡Dale Gaia! are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.


How to Request a Manufacturing Defect Evaluation

  • The merchandise must be sent via postal service to the address indicated on the purchase label.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be included with the product.

  • The customer must provide a detailed written description of the defect, including how the product was used and the frequency of use.

Attention: Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for analysis and will be automatically returned to the sender.


Product Defect Analysis

The analysis will be conducted by ¡Dale Gaia! suppliers, who will issue a final report regarding the exchange request.

Average completion time: 15 business days after receipt of the product.


Approved Exchange

  • The customer will receive an identical replacement product at no additional cost.

  • If the exact model is not available in inventory, the customer may choose another model of equal value available on www.dalegaia.com.

  • If the selected product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.


Rejected Exchange

If the analysis determines that the issue is not related to a manufacturing defect, the product will be returned to the customer along with the rejection report, with no right to exchange.

Reasons for Rejection Include:

  • No defect found (the reported issue could not be identified).

  • Signs of improper use.

  • Accidental damage not covered by the warranty.

  • Natural wear caused by continuous use.

  • Incorrect washing or care of the product.


Automatic Order Cancellation by ¡Dale Gaia!

Orders placed on www.dalegaia.com  may be automatically canceled by ¡Dale Gaia! in the following cases:

  • Failure in credit card payment processing.

  • Incorrect or incomplete order information.

  • Lack of stock of the purchased product.


Refunds Due to Automatic Cancellation

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • Delivery failure due to an incorrect or inaccessible address: the product will be returned to the ¡Dale Gaia! Distribution Center, and the product value will be refunded excluding shipping costs.

  • Out-of-stock products: the customer will be notified and refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
