1 – How can I make a purchase?

2 – Do you have a physical store?
A: We do not have physical stores. Our products are available exclusively through our website: www.dalegaia.com
3 – How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A: Our average delivery time is 5 to 20 business days after shipping.
4 – Do you deliver to my region?
A: We deliver nationwide with free shipping.
5 – What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments via bank transfer and credit card. Bank transfer payments can be made online or at authorized locations.
6 – Can I pay in installments via bank transfer?
A: Installment payments are available only for credit card purchases.
7 – Can I generate a second copy of the bank transfer?
A: Yes! If you have not completed the payment yet, we can send you a link to generate a new bank transfer with an updated due date. You may also contact us to request it.
8 – Where do the products come from?
A: Our suppliers are mainly located in China, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
9 – Can I pick up my order in person?
A: No. All orders are delivered to our customers through logistics and shipping companies.
10 – Can I modify my order, add more items, or change the delivery address?
A: Once the order has been billed, we are unable to modify any order details, including the delivery address or product selection.
11 – Do your products have a warranty?

12 – I purchased more than one product in the same order but only received part of it. Is this normal? Will the other products arrive?
A: Yes, this can happen. Don’t worry! When products are shipped from different suppliers, they may arrive separately. In such cases, you will receive two tracking numbers to monitor your deliveries.
13 – What happens if my delivery is delayed?
A: Don’t worry. We track your order to ensure it arrives at your delivery address. Our average delivery time remains 5 to 20 business days.
14 – I need more help. What should I do now?
